Postage
 
All packages will be sent via first class post as soon as possible after we receive payment. Many packages will reach you the very next day, excluding weekends or deliveries to remote areas or to those of you who live abroad.
 
Postage is included in the price of the purchase for UK customers.
 
 
Return of Goods
 
If for any reason the customer is unhappy with their purchase, they can return them to Jana Jewellery for an exchange or refund. The goods must be returned to Jana Jewellery within 14 days of its original receipt by the customer.  Returned products must be received in good condition. A note explaining the reason for your return should also be enclosed.  This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost for returning the goods for refund or exchange, except in the case of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.  Jana Jewellery recommends you use Registered Post or Recorded Delivery on returning goods.
 
Party booking contract with customer
 
The contract between Jana Jewellery and the customer comes into existence upon the acceptance of the customers order i.e. when payment has been received.  If a party booking has been done via a deposit cheque and booking form, the outstanding balance is due the day of the party.  The prices stated are standard rates and a reduction will not be given if numbers are reduced.  In the case of our party service, Jana Jewellery will only honour party dates where availability has previously been checked. Jana Jewellery has the right to change party dates and times. Cancellation of a party, on your part, will mean you will lose your £30.00 deposit.  Re-scheduling of a party is usually possible, however this would need to be discussed with a member from Jana Jewellery.
